　　SPEAKING，考完LISTENING之后，大概就中午12点了，SPEAKING会安排在当天下午或者是第二天，有的也会安排在下星期一（考试一般是星期六），这是根据你是不是外地考生和你的姓氏的开头大写字母决定的。有专门经过培训的一个老外做评。就你们两个人面对面进行交谈，分为3个部分，第一部分问你一些常规的话，比如你叫什么名字，介绍一下你的家庭或者谈谈你们家的房间等等。第二部分是一个话题卡，会让你对话题发表自己的看法，话题下面有2、3点要求你说的问题。比如有介绍一个名胜古迹，一个你崇拜的人，讲一个难忘的事情。你要不停地说1-2分钟，然后紧接着进入第三部分，考官会就你刚才所讲述的内容和你进行深入的探讨，他会问你4、5个问题。然后就结束了。
